Chelsea defender David Luiz was pleased to be part of their friendly win over New England Revolution.
Luiz played his part by thrilling local schoolchildren on Tuesday and he detailed the underlying message of the trip and how much he has enjoyed it.
"We came here to try to be a big example and make people understand everybody is the same," the Brazilian said.
"It doesn't matter the skin colour, it doesn't matter the social class, it doesn't matter anything. Everybody should respect each other.
"It was great to come to a different country, miles away from home, and you feel the same love like you feel at home. I just have to say thank you so much to everybody here. We came here for a big cause, not to play football but to make people understand, especially the new generation, that nobody is different to anybody else."
