Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma has completed his move to SPV Eindhoven.

Heart concerns held up the move last week following a PSV medical, but further research has seen the transfer now rubberstamped.

"I'm ready," said Bruma to PSV TV. "I have spent the past two years following the Eredivisie and there are plenty of good opponents. I expect a lot from this.

"I expect a good year."
