Chelsea defender Nathan Ake was delighted to lead his U21 teammates to victory in the Premier League final.
Chelsea defeated Manchester United 2-1 at Old Trafford in the U21 final.
"I am very happy! Here we have worked hard throughout the year. We have a talented team, playing good football and always going for the win," Ake told Forzasportsgroup.com.
Ake saw action in victory over Cardiff City and added: "I learned a lot this season and I am very happy that I was able to make it in the Premier League with minutes in the last game of the season."
