Chelsea are closing in on Middlesbrough goalkeeper Ross Turnbull.
Chelsea are interested in Turnbull, 24, as they look to increase their "home-grown" quota.
They want back-up for Petr Cech and have also enquired about Portsmouth's Bosnian-born Canadian keeper Asmir Begovic.
