Feyenoord's teenage sensation Lamare Bogarde is a target for Premier League clubs this summer.

Football Insider reports Chelsea are confident of beating Tottenham in the race for Bogarde.

The Blues feel they now have an advantage over London rivals Tottenham for the 16-year-old Dutch kid.

Chelsea have been scouting the 16-year-old this season and believe the centre-back has what it takes to play in England.

Lamare also has a brother who plays for Hoffenheim, and he has impressed with the German club this season.

Bogarde is the nephew of former Chelsea and Holland defender Winston Bogarde.
