Chelsea are eager to close a deal quickly for Dynamo Moscow winger Arsen Zakharyan.

The Russia international is set to move to Chelsea after a deal in August was blocked due to financial sanctions. However, there is fresh competition from across Europe for the youngster.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are determined to close a deal with Dynamo for Zakharyan.

Romano states other teams are also in contact with the winger.

Chelsea are expected to pay around €15m for Zakharyan.
