Chelsea reserves coach Steve Holland is enjoying working with manager Carlo Ancelotti.
Holland left Stoke City in the summer for Chelsea.
He told The Sentinel: "He's a nice man to work for.
"He has a very good way with all the players. They don't get away with stuff, but at the same time he is also very fair with them and personable. During the last international break, we only had Juliano Belletti left behind.
"You would think the manager would have a few days off back in Italy, but he was in every day. He put the youth team together with the reserves that were left and Belletti and took training.
"It has been a great education for me to be in that environment."
