Chelsea youth coach Joe Cole says they can be happy with their 2-1 win at Europa League opponents Malmo.

Ross Barkley and Olivier Giroud struck for the visitors.

Cole said, "You can't make the mistakes that they did a few times in the second half, even against a Malmo side like this and they could have got back in it.

"But overall there was lots of good play, a good reaction and I'm really pleased to see Ross Barkley on the scoresheet, and think with more minutes he will show what he can do."
