Chelsea are unlikely to be moving for AS Monaco star James Rodriguez.
The Colombia midfielder has been a revelation at this summer's World Cup, but Chelsea's chief scout Piet de Visser is yet to be won over.
"Great player, nice shot, good technique, but moving without the ball he does not succeed," was De Visser's assessment.
"Even at Porto and also with Monaco he had problems with this." But De Visser added: "On this World Cup he is wonderful talent. Now he's ready for the top."
