Chelsea captain John Terry doesn't want to be withdrawn from the frontline.
Terry can sense the pressure from younger teammates Kurt Zouma and Gary Cahill.
He explained: "I don't want it (a rest). There is a lot of pressure. Everything is coming on it for me. I am coming toward the end of my career so it's important I'm playing as much as I can and stay fit.
"I'm trying (to go on and on). It's difficult when you see young boys like Kurt come in, fit, strong and hungry. It makes it even harder.
"But the way players like me, Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard and Rio Ferdinand have looked after ourselves the last five or six years has helped prolong our careers.
"When Gary Cahill plays he's been great, the same with Kurt. It's hard to get the balance, but we're all rotating and there are enough games to share around. "Obviously we all want to play every game. Those two are fighting it out at the minute, but it could be me any time. It's important we remain on top of the League and everyone gets their game time."
