Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is ready to hand Saul Niguez an instant debut.

The Atletico Madrid midfielder joined on loan on transfer deadline day, and Blues have the option to make his move permanent if they wish.

Saul has enjoyed a full week of training and has impressed manager Thomas Tuchel.

Saul will be pushing to start this weekend against Aston Villa, and having enjoyed a rest period over the international break - unlike Jorginho - he could be handed his Blues debut by Tuchel.

The midfielder has quickly settled into life at Cobham.
