Chelsea boss Tuchel: Pep is right - there's a bias in England in favour of Liverpool; Klopp plays it up

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel admits he sides with Pep Guardiola after the Manchester City manager's claims of media bias in favour of Liverpool.

Guardiola stated earlier this week that the majority of England and it's media were hoping Liverpool would beat City to this season's Premier League.

Ahead of tomorrow's FA Cup final against Liverpool, Tuchel said: “I can understand why he has that feeling.

"In general I would say it is hard to argue with him on it... There is a huge sympathy for Liverpool in this country which is fair enough, they work hard."

The German also said of Reds rival Jurgen Klopp: “Klopp is the master of being the underdog. He can talk you about being the underdog against Villarreal. He can do this every time. This is part of where the sympathy comes...

"But we don't need the sympathy tomorrow, we need the trophy."
