Chelsea boss Sarri on Wolves draw: We changed system for first time

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri admits he changed his system for the first time this season after their 1-1 draw with Wolves.

Sarri watched his side claim a point when Eden Hazard bent home from the edge of the area to cancel out Raul Jimenez's strike for the visitors, which was their only shot on target.

Sarri explained his changes: "Jorginho, if the other players don't move without the ball, is in trouble.

"He is able to play it one-touch, but you need movement from the other players. In the last 20 minutes, Jorginho is not suitable for 4-2-3-1, so it was only a consequence of the change of the system.

"We [brought on] Loftus-Cheek because in my opinion we needed a more physical impact in the opposition box. Then Hudson-Odoi because it was impossible to change our match, so it was really very important to have a player very able in one against one.

"Then at the end we changed the system for the first time to a 4-2-3-1. It's not easy of course, the problem wasn't the system but our way of playing. We need to move the ball faster. We cannot play with five or six touches, it's very difficult to score. For the first time we were playing against a team who didn't want to play. They didn't counter-attack in the last 30 minutes so we had to try."
