Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is looking forward to seeing Pep Guardiola at Wembley for the Community Shield.
Today they will shake hands at Wembley and make peace over the Jorginho deal - which the Manchester City boss admits he was frustrated to miss out on.
Sarri said: “I will speak to Pep. I will tell him we needed Jorginho more than City so it is right he is here.
"I'd like to think it will not alter our friendship.
“Pep has great midfield players – Fernandinho is a wonderful player. City are a wonderful side, one that finished many points ahead of us and the rest last season. We need the likes of Jorginho to try and close that gap.
“I faced City in October last season with Napoli. It was very hard, very difficult. I'd like for my players to have the personality to think that we are at the same level.
“Maybe at the moment it's not true but they have to start to think that."
