Chelsea boss Graham Potter has confirmed N'Golo Kante has a chance of being fit for their Premier League game against Everton at the weekend.
The Blues take on the Toffees on Saturday evening as they look to continue their recent uptick in form.
Potter's side have booked a ticket to face Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter finals as well.
"[He has a] chance of being in the squad," Potter told reporters on Friday afternoon on Kante.
"It's the first time [since I took over] so it's fantastic."
Potter added on Kante: "Managers before me have spoken very highly of N'Golo because he's a top, top player.
“He's been a huge miss for us. Great for us for him to be back. We have to be mindful. We have to take the steps to get him back up to speed."
