Chelsea are weighing up reviving a bid for Inter Milan midfielder Fredy Guarin.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho wants a new midfield signing to cover for the sale of Juan Mata to Manchester United and is keen on Guarin.
The Colombian, who held talks with Chelsea before Christmas, remains available from Inter after a swap deal involving Juventus striker Mirko Vucinic collapsed this week.
Chelsea would seek to do business for around £8 million for the midfielder.
