Chelsea boss Frank Lampard says Kepa Arrizabalaga needs to develop his on-field personality.
Chelsea have been linked with Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak after several poor showings from Kepa.
Lampard was asked about the qualities needed to be a big goalkeeper in the modern game. He said: "There should be that desire to keep clean sheets, use their feet and be a personality and an all-round goalkeeper, which we see from top-level goalkeepers all over the world.
"We have had ones which have been part of huge eras at the club and that has to Kepa's desire - to be that person for this club. That is not just on him, but in his own way that's what he has to believe and work towards."
