The Brazilian midfielder is the subject of a £60million bid from Chinese Super League club Shanghai SIPG.
Former Blues boss Andre Villas-Boas wants the 25-year-old to join him in the Far East and while stopping short of confirming or denying the rumours, Conte hinted that something is on the cards.
"The situation of Oscar will be clear in the next days," he said after other 1-0 win over Sunderland on Wednesday.
"I prefer to stop talking! Oscar started the season very well with us when we played 4-3-3.
"When I switched to another formation he didn't play a lot but I always count on him because he is a really good young player.
"Sometimes there are situations that are very difficult to face, but his situation will be clearer in the next days."
