Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti admits he will be leaning heavily on Ray Wilkins in his first weeks in charge.

He said: "Ray is important because he was assistant before and he knows the players, for me that's important to support my work.

"He speaks Italian and this is important as well, but I want to speak [English] with my players."
