New Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is to undergo an intensive English language course - in Holland.

The Daily Mail says the Italian, 50 next week, has told friends he wants to be fluent in English by the time he meets the players for pre-season training on July 1.

He has been having lessons from his daughter Katia, who worked in the Chelsea press office last year, and AC Milan's English interpreter, known only as Phil.

The course will be in the town of Vugnt, near Eindhoven and it was suggested to Ancelotti by Guus Hiddink.
