Chelsea players are expected to embrace the training methods of new gaffer Carlo Ancelotti.
The News of the World says he's been known to spend up to two hours carefully preparing the next day's training session! That's because he knows just how tedious training can be and so he is constantly inventing new methods in an effort to keep his players engaged.
In that respect he's almost the complete opposite to last season's new boss, Luiz Felipe Scolari, who had the players at the point of revolt over his lackadaisical, lacklustre sessions.
The new boss is far more like the long-lamented fans' favourite Jose Mourinho, another who believed in attention to detail and focused preparation.
