Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti hopes to raid former club AC Milan for their top sports shrink.

The Daily Mail says while Ancelotti's assistant Filippo Galli has so far agreed to stay at Milan, the manager is attempting to persuade psychologist Bruno di Michele to work with him.

Di Michele is credited with instilling the club's winning mentality, opening the hearts and minds of the players to enable them to achieve greater success, putting past achievements behind them and looking to the future.
