Chelsea are entering the race for Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

The right-back is wanted by top clubs in the Premier League, including Manchester United.

He has impressed since being introduced to the first team at the tail end of last season.

According to The Mirror, Chelsea will involve themselves in the race if the are allowed to buy players this summer.

Chelsea may not win an appeal to have their ban disregarded, but they can have it frozen this summer as the appeal progresses.

It would allow them to invest heavily in preparation for a ban next winter and/or summer.
