Chelsea are tracking Fulham whizkid Harvey Elliott.
Elliott is on the radar of Barcelona and Chelsea after his sparkling performances in youth football, says the London Evening Standard.
Elliott does not turn 16 until April but was this week invited to train with the first-team squad members who have remained at Fulham during the international break.
The midfielder is admired by boss Slavisa Jokanovic but FA rules mean he cannot formally discuss a scholarship deal until January, nor commit to a professional deal until he is 17 — potentially opening the door for other clubs to move in.
Borussia Dortmund and Manchester City are also aware of his progress. Elliott first attracted the attention of Barcelona when he shone for England Under-15s at a tournament in Italy earlier this year.
