Chelsea assistant Gianfranco Zola is back in hospital after complications from gallstone surgery.

Zola had surgery last week and was not present on the bench during Chelsea's FA Cup loss to Manchester United on Monday.

He had been expected to return for tonight's Europa League clash with Malmo.

However, Sky Sports state Zola has returned to hospital after suffering complications from the procedure.
