Chelsea, Arsenal head-to-head for Porto whizkid Andre Silva

Portuguese starlet Andre Silva is a target for Chelsea and Arsenal. The People says the 18-year-old Porto B striker, one of the hottest prospects in his homeland, has rejected a new deal at Porto and will leave the club when his contract expires in June.

He has made up his mind to move to the Premier League and Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is leading the chase.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, who clashed with the Frenchman when their two sides met earlier this month, has also registered an interest in the Portugal Under-19 international with the race to land him heating up.

Silva was the second top scorer at the Euro Under-19 Championship in the summer with five goals and that sparked interest in him from across Europe.

However, the player wants to come to England and that has put the London rivals on red alert.
