Chelsea midfielder Ramires has joined Chinese side Jiangsu Suning, the club have officially announced.

The 28-year-old Brazil international joined the Blues from Benfica in 2010 but has struggled for game time this season.

In a statement on the club's website on Wednesday, Chelsea thanked Ramires for his time at the club.

It read: "We thank him for his service and wish him well in China, where he will be coached by another former Blue, Dan Petrescu."
