Chelsea and Dynamo Moscow have agreed to 'park' a deal for Arsen Zakharyan.
Sport-Express says while Chelsea would be happy to pay the €15m needed to meet the player's buyout clause, the redtape involved to get Zakharyan to England would prove too difficult to overcome before tonight's transfer deadline.
Instead, the two clubs have agreed to maintain talks ahead of attempting to reach a deal for the January market.
Part of the negotiations will involve whether the winger spends the remainder of the season on-loan with Dynamo.
Zakharyan has a deal to 2024 and is keen to make the move to Chelsea.
