Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen will kickoff formal negotiations over Kai Havertz next week.
Chelsea have already struck personal terms with the management team of Havertz and now are ready to finalise a fee with Bayer.
Sky Deutschland says the two clubs will meet next week to thrash out a deal - with the hope of a quick agreement.
Bayer are demanding €100m to sell Havertz, while Chelsea are reluctant to go higher than €80m.
Chelsea's technical adviser Petr Cech has been in Germany this week for talks with the midfielder.
