Chelsea are prepared to sell Andreas Christensen to Borussia Monchengladbach this summer.

Bild says Gladbach's director of sport, Max Eberl, already has a deal in place to sign Christensen in a permanent move.

Christensen, 21, has been on loan at Borussia Park for the last two seasons and has become one of their standout performers.

Chelsea will sell the Dane to Gladbach for £17 million if they're able to land Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk.

Eberl confirmed that he has secured an agreement with the Blues that would see the club break their record transfer fee for Christensen.
