Chelsea have opened talks with HNK Rijeka for Andrej Kramaric.
Fichajes.com says Chelsea powerbrokers see Kramaric as potentially world class and want to tie him to a deal ahead of a raft of rival clubs.
Talks have kicked off with Rijeka over a €10 million fee for Kramaric, with the player likely to be loaned back to the Croatian club for the remainder of the season.
Kramaric has scored a stunning 21 goals in 15 games for Rijeka this season and also boasts a record of two goals in his first three appearances for Croatia.
The young striker came through the system at Dinamo Zagreb.
