Chelsea ace Willian is urging teammate Callum Hudson-Odoi to stay.

Hudson-Odoi submitted a transfer request after public declarations of interest from Bayern Munich, which have been branded unprofessional by Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri.

Willian believes Hudson-Odoi has great potential, which he can fulfill at Stamford Bridge.

"Of course we want him to stay. We don't want him to leave," the Brazilian said.

"He can become one of the best players for Chelsea, one of the best players in the world, in the future. He has to stay. He's only 18, but he can improve a lot to become one of the best players."
