Chelsea ace Pedro says pace is Liverpool's biggest strength.

The two teams meet tonight in the European Super Cup.

Pedro said, "Their mental resilience is undeniable, and they're an intelligent team but, in my view, their most significant aspect is how fast they are. They always put a lot of pressure on in order to win the ball back, and they attack incredibly quickly.

"They have two very strong, well-honed weapons. One is the pressure they put on after losing the ball, I think they all apply pressure as a very solid block when they lose the ball, and when they get the ball back, their ability to get the ball forward, with some really quick players. They're a very difficult team to beat and they showed that last season in the Premier League and the Champions League.

"We need to read well the game, stay compact all the time, and when we create chances we need to score. We have so much desire to win this trophy. The important thing is the mentality, to stay strong and compact and fight together as a team."
