Chelsea ace Eden Hazard has paid tribute to teammate Olivier Giroud.

Giroud is off contract in June and being linked with a return to France.

And Hazard told RMC: "Olivier is someone who always responds when he is on the ground. And even when he does not score, in the game, he always brings a little more, something different compared to what Alvaro Morata showed or what Gonzalo Higuain shows.

"Olivier, it is his mentality that made his career. Nobody likes to be on the bench but he accepts and the next day in training, he gives himself to prove to the coach that he can play. And when he plays, he scores goals every time, I can only say bravo to a guy like that."
