Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been named the Barclays Premier League Player of the Season.
The Belgian winger scored 14 goals and provided eight assists to help the Blues to the 2014/15 Premier League title and landed the individual award in the process.
Hazard, 24, becomes the second Belgian after Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany (2012) to win the Premier League's top award.
The PFA Player of the Year beat teammates John Terry, Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic as well as Manchester City's Sergio Aguero, Manchester United's David De Gea, Tottenham's Harry Kane and Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez to the award.
