Chelsea ace Eden Hazard insists next week's Europa League final may not be his last in a Blues shirt.

Hazard is expected to move to Real Madrid after the Baku clash against Arsenal.

But he told RMC: "My last match? I do not think that at all.

"I only think about winning this game and then what will happen will happen.

"I have an important week to prepare, with a trophy to go for."
