Chelsea striker Nicolas Anelka says London rivals Tottenham can win the Premier League this season.
Anelka, who won the title at Stamford Bridge last term, has tipped Harry Redknapp's team to upset the traditional balance of power at the top of the table.
Ex-Arsenal star Anelka, 31, insisted: "I rate Spurs very highly. They are absolute favourites to win the title."
