QPR midfielder Martin Rowlands is interesting Charlton Athletic.

The Ealing Gazette says the 32-year-old is surplus to requirements at Loftus Road, having made just four appearances last season.

Rowlands was shipped out on loan to Millwall, but failed to make a single start during his one-month spell at the Den.

However, League One Charlton are keen on the Irishman, who has a year remaining on his contract in west London.
