Charlton Athletic are moving for former Chelsea physio Eva Carneiro.

Carneiro's lawyers have served notice on Chelsea that she intends to seek a claim for constructive dismissal and on Monday it emerged that Mourinho will also be the subject of a separate legal action.

The Daily Mail says Championship Charlton are willing to offer the 42-year-old doctor a role in their set-up at The Valley but will have to wait until the case with her former employers is resolved.

Carneiro would work alongside the existing medical staff in south east London, including first-team doctor John Fraser and head physio Erol Umut.
