Charlton Athletic winger Johann Gudmundsson is on the radar of Hull City and Stoke City.
The 24-year-old Icelandic international is aware of the Premier League interest but is waiting to hear the long-term plans of Addicks owner Roland Duchatelet as he wants to find out more about the club's ambitions before deciding on his future.
"I've said all along that I'll wait and see what happens in the summer," he said.
"I want to find out the aim of the club and what the plans of the owner are.
"It's whether or not he's going to push for a play-off place, because we have the quality to do so if we add a few more players.
"I want to play in the Premier League and hopefully I'll play there with Charlton. But it's up to what we do at the club. Are we going to spend or are we happy where we are?
"It will be interesting. Every player wants to play in the Premier League."
