Southampton finished off their pre-season tour of the Netherlands with a 1-0 win over 10-man Groningen, Charlie Austin scoring the only goal of the game on 75 minutes.

Hans Hateboer was sent off seven minutes before the break for a second yellow after hauling down Nathan Redmond.

Harrison Reed hit the bar from the edge of the box, but Austin met Jake Hesketh's cross and nodded in off the post to win the game.
