Tottenham's Belgium international defender Jan Vertonghen says he may be forced to review his White Hart Lane future should Spurs not make next season's Champions League, reports BBC Sport. Spurs face a battle to qualify after falling six points behind fourth-placed Liverpool with 11 games remaining.
"Those are always difficult questions," Vertonghen tells the London Evening Standard, when asked about his future. What I want is to be playing in the Champions League with Tottenham, so I hope we get in this year.
"Do I have a decision to make if we don't? I can't say anything about that."
