Cesena insist there's been no approach from AS Roma for Emanuele Giaccherini.

Giaccherini was linked with Roma last week.

"We have not heard from any club at this moment in time," Cesena director of sport Lorenzo Minotti told LaRoma24.it.

"We have a very direct rapport with their director of sport Walter Sabatini, so I can confirm we never spoke to Roma about Giaccherini or any other player.

"So far, the Giallorossi have not even contacted us."
