Cesar Sanchez named sporting director of Valencia

Cesar Sanchez has been named new sporting director of Valencia.

The former Los Che goalkeeper returns to the club as part of a management restructure.

Along with Cesar, Miguel Ángel Corona was appointed head of scouting and both men have signed deals to 2022.

Cesar arrived at Valencia in 2009 and after 78 games, decided to hang the gloves at 41 years of age.

Jorge López, meanwhile, also joins the VCF football staff to support Cesar and Corona.
