Celtic are eyeing released West Bromwich Albion midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu.

The Express & Star says Wolves could be rivalled by Celtic if they do decide to make a move for released West Brom midfielder Mulumbu.

Wolves legend Steve Bull this week urged the club to make a move for the Congo international, a free agent after six years spent at the Hawthorns.

But Celtic can offer the 28-year-old the incentive of Champions League football and a challenge for the Scottish Premiership title on a regular basis.
