Celtic turning focus to Scottish Cup says Forster

Celtic are determined to bounce back from Tuesday night's Champions League heartbreak when they meet Heart of Midlothian in the Scottish Cup on Sunday.

The Bhoys were beaten 3-0 at home by AC Milan to bow out of all European competition for this season but goalkeeper Fraser Forster feels like there is light at the end of the tunnel as they strive to defend their cup title.

Celtic are already out of the League Cup after losing to Greenock Morton in extra-time in the third round so Forster says the meeting with Hearts at Tynecastle in the fourth round takes on some extra prestige.

"We let ourselves down in the League Cup and we can't afford any more slip-ups like that," Forster told this week's Celtic View.

"Tynecastle is a tough place to go and get a result at but it's important that we progress in the cup. We want to win as many competitions as possible, so it's big game for us one that Hearts will be doing their best to win as well.

"It will be important that we go into the game fully focused and knowing what we need to do."
