Celtic captain Scott Brown says he has not been receiving injections into his hip to help ease an ongoing problem.
Hoops boss Neil Lennon recently revealed that the skipper had been having jabs to get him through matches but after scoring the opener in the 3-1 win at Kilmarnock on the weekend, Brown denied those claims or any suggestions he would soon be undergoing surgery.
"I've not had an injection in a long time," he said.
"We've had enough talk about this surgery, it is boring me now so I think we'll get on to other things.
"We have a big game on Wednesday against Arbroath (in the Scottish Cup). That's the main thing."
