Celtic signing Rabiu Ibrahim reminds manager Neil Lennon of former Hoops ace Shunsuke Nakamura.
The Nigerian attackerthis week signed a three-and-a-half-year deal with the Glasgow giants after leaving Dutch club PSV Eindhoven and Lennon has already seen some glimpses of former Japan international Nakamura who was so technically gifted on his left foot, but the boss I unsure of his dead ball ability.
"He reminded me a bit of Nakamura as he was technically very good and predominantly all left foot. He could take the ball in well but please don't say now that he's the new Nakamura. I don't know what he's like at taking free-kicks for one thing.
"But Rabiu can buy himself a bit of time among the hurly-burly with good awareness and he's a really good and talented footballer.""Rabiu is talented and is something a little bit different from what we have got. He's almost like a playmaker who can play off the striker," Lennon said.
