Arsenal have received a boost in the race to sign Kieran Tierney from Celtic.
The Scottish international has reportedly told the Gunners he would prefer a move to North London over Napoli.
As they have a limited transfer budget, Arsenal will have to negotiate down Celtic's asking price for the player.
The North London club have reportedly failed with their opening bid for the 22-year-old.
And they face competition from Napoli, who have a real interest in Tierney.
However, local outlet CalicoNapoli24 indicates the player would rather go to Arsenal, which puts the ball in the North London club's court.
