Celtic coach John Kennedy is confident of Odsonne Edouard staying next season.

The French striker is a target for Leicester City and Arsenal.

Kennedy said: “It's the same every year at Celtic.

“There's always the challenge of clubs bidding for players and wanting to take them.

"In a way it's nice because you know you have a group of players of value, and they are assets for the club.

"We are in a position now where we do have a good squad with a lot of good young players in there.

"We understand they will be attracting interest from elsewhere but we want to try to hold on to them.

"If we can keep this group together then they are only going to improve and get better."
